| RAKUTO KASEI, located south of Lake Biwa (called Konan region), is surrounded by magnificent sceneries with nearby Seta River, Karahashi Bridge, and Ishiyama Temple which is famous for Murasaki Shikibu. In this beautiful natural environment, we culture bacteria such as Bacillus subtilis Natto. These bacteria and their product enzymes are widely used as products gentle to the earth, with a large following, in a diverse range of fields such as textiles, feeds, and detergents. RAKUTO KASEI's motto is to pursue not only sales of our products but also consultations with our customers on proper ways of using our products, effects of our products, and solutions to possible new phenomena. Through the consultations, we devote ourselves to satisfying our customer's needs. Of course, our products as well as our services are qualified by ISO-9001 certification (obtained in Feb. 2001).
