Dishwashing detergent containing enzymes "RACLEAN SL"

Components

Characteristics

Cleans dishes with the enzymatic action. Particularly effective in removing starches stained in scars of the dishes.
Effectively removes proteins and oils.
Prevents stains from building up on dishes if used continuously, thereby lengthening lives of the dishes.
Composed of enzymes, and so free from worries about rough hands.
Contains no phosphorous, which might cause environmental and pollution problems.
Contains no environmental hormones.

Directions for Use
1) For dipping

Dosage	RACLEAN SL 0.1 to 0.2%
Temperature	40 C (more effective at higher temperatures)
Time	10 to 20 minutes (more effective for a longer time period)

2) For dish washer

Dosage	RACLEAN SL 0.2 to 0.3%
Temperature	60 to 70 C (more effective at higher temperatures)
Time	1 to 2 minutes (more effective for a longer time period)
Additional dosage	RACLEAN SL should be added by a lost amount due to water decrease.

The following experiments were carried out.

Experiment 1

Let's wash away rice.

Preliminary test:
How to check the presence of rice (starch)?

1) Rice was rubbed onto a plate. Can you see it?
2) A drop of an iodine solution was applied. Left: blue color reaction (indicating the presence of rice)Right: no color reaction (indicating the presence of no rice)

Test:
Two plates onto which rice was rubbed were prepared and respectively dipped in hot water (50 C) with chemicals for five minutes.

The chemical concentration and the results are
Chemical concentration:	(1) RACLEAN SL 2g/L	(2) Commercial dishwashing detergent 2g/L
On which plate was the rice washed away more effectively? We checked using the iodine solution...
RACLEAN SL with the enzymatic power washed away rice much more effectively.

Experiment 2

Let's wash away oil.

Test:
Two plates on which oil was spread were prepared (salad oil with lipophilic dye was used) and respectively dipped in hot water (50 C) with chemicals for five minutes.

The chemical concentration and the results are
Chemical concentration:	(1) RACLEAN SL 2g/L	(2) Commercial dishwashing detergent 2g/L
RACLEAN SL is also effective in removing oil.
